Please read the following rules carefully before using VaraSMS. Payment for any service is debited immediately upon purchase of a phone number.
You can use the received phone number only to receive SMS from the selected service. All other SMS from different services will be automatically discarded.
The quantity of received SMS within the allotted time window (5–30 minutes) is unlimited. You may request the verification code to be resent within this period as many times as needed.
Payment is refunded if you cancelled the order or, in some cases, if no SMS arrived within approximately 5 minutes.
In the case of abusing this rule, restrictions will be imposed on your account.
The platform operates a rating system. In cases of mass abuse — such as repeatedly declining to receive SMS on a dedicated number within the specified time — restrictions will be imposed on your account for 1 (one) hour.
It is strictly prohibited to use VaraSMS services for any illegal purposes, or to take actions detrimental to VaraSMS and/or third parties.
This includes sending or receiving SMS from blacklisted senders and messages containing prohibited keywords. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account restrictions.
It is prohibited to use VaraSMS services for the implementation of paid subscriptions of any kind.
We are not responsible for incorrect use of API functions or for other software issues caused by the user's improper use of the API. Refunds for software errors made by users are not provided.
The role of VaraSMS is to provide you with a virtual number and deliver SMS. We are not responsible for bans on registered accounts, as account bans are affected by many external factors beyond our control.
If you are not satisfied with the assigned number, click the "Cancel" button before any SMS is received. Refunds for banned accounts are not provided.
Your account will be permanently deleted if you do not use it for more than 1 (one) year. The balance is not restored after deletion. Transferring balance from one account to another is prohibited.
Fees charged by payment systems upon depositing funds to your wallet balance are indicated in the "Top Up Balance" section or displayed when navigating to the payment system page.
In the event of a violation of these terms — or upon receiving credible third-party reports of violations — VaraSMS reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to all or any sections of the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, and without being liable for any resulting harm.
VaraSMS reserves the right to delete a customer's profile and/or suspend access if the customer is determined to pose a threat to the platform and/or its users. VaraSMS is not responsible for the temporary blocking or deletion of information carried out in accordance with these rules.
Your Username, Password, API Key and any linked sign-in methods are considered your personal digital signature. You are solely responsible for the safety and proper use of your credentials. Never share your login details or API key with any third party.
VaraSMS provides virtual number services for multiple countries, including United States and Canada numbers. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of our services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies within their jurisdiction.
Certain services, features, countries, or number inventories may be unavailable, restricted, or subject to additional verification requirements due to legal, regulatory, operational, security, or compliance obligations.
By using VaraSMS, you represent and warrant that your use of the platform is lawful and that you will not use our services for fraudulent, deceptive, illegal, abusive, spam-related, or unauthorized activities.
VaraSMS reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any service, country inventory, or user account where we reasonably believe that such use violates applicable laws, these Terms, or our internal compliance requirements.
We may verify user information, account activity, IP addresses, device data, and geographic location where necessary to protect our platform, partners, and users. Accounts found to be in violation of these Terms may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.
